Last two days when trying to shut down Windows ME I get error occurred

Can you give me a few of the system specs? See, this error isn't common on shutdown...but in other instances.

It's OK you don't know, neither does Microsoft. I did system restore and it is fine.
Nobody knows what these error msgs are or how to correct them what a wonderful way
to run a business. Why number errors if they don't mean anything ?
