I am going onto a site and trying to get and extension on a grid by pushing the down button on that web page, however, an error keeps coming up which states....

Error 500-Internal Service Error
RFC from 2068 hypertext transfer protocol HTTP:/1.1
10.5.1 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Well....I have gone on this site many times before and have not had this problem....Does the above mean that there is something wrong with my computer? If so how do I correct things....please expain point by point and simply...since I am a dunce when it comes to computers...thanks in advance!

First of all, let me tell you I don't really know a lot about this, but I don't think it's a problem with your computer. It sounds like a problem with the website. If you can, you may want to contact them and let them know about the problem you're having.
