My son's computer does not have "Sort by Name" when he right clicks the
Favorites menu. He has WinXP SP2. In reading some of the other forums, this appears to be a not-uncommon problem, but nobody has offered any solution. I am running the same OS and I do have it. Thanks

Sorting alphabetically can be accomplished by editing the Registry key called

Hkey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
MenuOrder\Favorites

by deleting he Order value there. I tried it and after exiting Regedit and
starting Internet Explorer, my Favorites were sorted automatically in alphabetical order.
