I recently converted all my music from iTunes encoding to mp3 (because my new mp3 player doesn't support iTunes formatting).

Unfortunately, the only way I could work out how to do this was convert all the music onto my external hard drive in one folder. The problem I now have is that all my music is together and it is (obviously) very difficult to select a specific album I want to upload to WMP or my mp3! Is there an easy way to (re-)sort my music so it's once again accessible. Will WMP do this for me? And will it sort the music into individual folders??
