one day i restarted my computer and now my firewall wont start the ics service will not start so if any one can help me with this it will be great, i even try system restore and my computer will not let me restore

I TRY TO START THAT SERVICES UP AND IT TELLS ME ERROR 10047 AN ADRESS INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE REQUESTED PROTOCOL WAS USED

thanks alot it works just fine now this forum should be on the new or somethings because it is great way for people to learn how to fix there computer problems with out paying any money thanks again man
