I am running a reletively new toshiba sm30-106 laptop with win XP proff, i have recently encountered problems with my windvd package that i have been using since i got the laptop 7 months ago. when i try to open the program it just freezes up and completely slows down my computer, so the first thing i tried was to uninstall, when uninstalling i got this message:
data error (cyclic redundancy check)
i can't work out what to do to get this sorted out.
obviously what i want to do is just uninstall and reinstall, has anyone got any ideas?
