since i formate my laptop and upgrade xp 32bit from visata my laptop name is compaq presario A900 pentium dual-core.my problem is my microphone is not working but its hardware is fine i dont know what is it missing in it i try to download mirophone and soud card but i cannt find it so plz can someone help me what to do to keep ma microphone working.or download sound n microphone card for me

Brother this is u r sound drivers problem and many times i made it.
U install a different drivers and check them where u r micro phone works .
