I try to rename nat.zip to nat. nth but it remains the same as the original (nat. zip). It also occurs does the int.jpg ( to int. bmp). What is the error and how to fix this ? Please help me!!!

first let me say ,you need to unzip the zip,not just rename it .
and you may need to covert the jpg to a bmp ,open the jpg and go to file and save as and chose bmp as the file type
