I do not want to reformat my computer just only the c drive.
1. I just want to know how to reformat my c:
2. When I reformat c or d do I need to install again the drivers?
3. Is there a difference in reformatting d with c?

You don't format a computer ,We use the word Computer in reference to the whole thing ,Therefor we format a hard drive,

1. I just want to know how to reformat my c:
If your C:\ contains your install of windows and you format it you will need to reinstall windows and all necessary drivers for your devices !
If C: does not contain your install of winxp ,then go disk management in control panel ,admin tools .

3. Is there a difference in reformatting d with c?
