How do i add a user to a group (not a local group) a directory group in sametime.?

You'd need to write your own app to do that. This is where windows scripting comes in REALLY handy. There are console apps that will allow you to add a user and/or modify a group. Check out KB Article 322684 on MS's website for some more info.
