I want to make a rule when a e mail comes in to reply with a message, I know how to add the persons e mail in & then check off reply with .... ect..


Do these have to be certain type of files for it to work? Can anyone give me further info, I believe I am missing something as the rule wont take effect, should this be in MY DOCUMENTS ect?
