I am able to receive emails in Outlook '03 but not able to send emails.
This problem just started today. I have emailed these people before without any problems, but for some reason I am unable to send emails to them now. For some reason I am able to receive their emails.

I talked to our Network Administrator and He wasn't able to solve it.

What do I check?
