to put it simply put, when i hit Ctrl-Alt-del i get the windows task manager. I am using XP pro. some of my friends get the classic win2k options when they use ctrl-alt-del, such as the optino of changing password, lockout, etc. I just need to know how to switch over to that interface in XP, because i prefer it.

i actually figured out my own problem. Incase anyone wants to know, you go to user accounts under Control Panel, and click "change the way users log on/off", and uncheck the two boxes in that screen
However now i have another problem. I got the classic windows log on and stuff, but when i hit ctrl-alt-del, when it brings up the classic win2k style of options, 1/2 of them are wiped out and i cant click them....wtf
