I configured ftp in windows Xp using IIS 5.1
I created password protected users
They can access the ftp with in local network using ftp://<inertnal ip>
I want to access it outside the router.
How can I do that?
When I try to do it says FTP Folder error!!

You need to register a domain or static IP address. Also set up port forwarding for the router to the web server.

I'va already got an static IP. How to do the rest.
By the way I am behind a router. (I think that is a matter to concern)
