Hello, I have a HTML file, as well as I have an excellent program that can print anything to PDF. Although I have a HTML document with frames and I'd like to convert it to PDF but with the navigation links within the HTML transfer to the PDF. Does anyone know any tools that would do such a Job preferable freeware \ open source ?

Try to search on google about HTML to PDF Converter, you may find one which can preserve hyperlinks and frames in exported PDF files.
