I just got rid of 9 viruses on my machine. The two big ones were worm.netsky and internet security 2010.
I used McAfee Stinger and cleaned everything up.
I restarted and now when I open either if two users, it closes itself instantly.
It goes as far as "loading personal settings" then right to "logging off"
Is there a fix for this without reinstalling Windows?
I have downloaded the Regtool and rminstall fixes and will try them tonight.
Remember I can not open any accounts, so I can't get to my start menu. Or can I?

Hi and welcome to Daniweb,
You should be able to access the administrator's account when you boot in safe mode (tapping F8 as the machine boots), it will ask for a password, just press enter. Delete the current users (keep files) and make new ones with the same names and passwords.
If that wont work download the free program UBCD (see my signature for link) make a boot CD and boot from that and fix from there.
