I had a DVD Rom drive and a CD R/RW drive. I just replaced the DVD Rom with a NEC 16x dual layer DVD rewriter. On startup I get the BIOS message "Secondary Drive 1 not found, F1 to continue F2 to setup."
If I press F1 it continues to load and - as far as I can see - everything works fine ie the new drive reads CD's or DVD's (I haven't tried writing yet).
Can you tell me what I should do please?

Problem solved thanks. Loose connections in the old drive, caused when I replaced the other drive. Solution triggered by surfing through answers to similar problems.
