I have a Dell Inspiron 700m laptop my nephew gave me that rarely ever used but he says that he don't remember the passwords I don't know if you need the service tag no. but here it is service tag BRNHX51 and express service code 2561665971 please help me reset my laptops passwords hope you can hejp me?

If You are able to LOGIN then try this
Goto Start->Run->And there Type

control userpasswords2

And there Reset the Password or create a new Administrator Account..

If you are unable to Login, then try this
"During booting Hold down SHIFT key "Classic Logon" screen appears in that type username as : administrator and leave the password field empty and try to login"
(Try with the different usernames and passwords if its failed)
