Hi Guys,

Recently bought a used PC

http://uk.ts.fujitsu.com/rl/servicesupport/techsupport/professionalpc/Scenic/ScenicP/scenicP320.htm

With the D1961 MoBo.
It was sold with just OS (XP)

Whilst loading programmes I foolishly let a driver checker loose on it which cock-up the onboard graphics driver.

In Hardware Manager I got the yellow exclamation mark under "PCI Device" in Display adaptors.

Thinking that XP would source the correct driver under reboot I uninstalled the PCI Device.

Now it won't boot past the XP logo screen, or go into SAFE. I just get

multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\WINNT\System\Drivers\N tfs.sys

Over and over again.

Any advice?.............apart from "STOP MESSING"

Try safe mode with networking.
Some of the viruses have not blocked it starting yet.

OR
Get a UBCD or UBCD4win CDROM disk to boot from and find out what is killing the boot.

What a cracking looking bit o' kit.
It is D/L as we speak.
Thank you so much for your help.
