Wireless Connectivity Problems

Hello and please help,

I have a dell inspiron 531 my computer is connected via usb to the modem and the internet is working fine. However, I am setting up the wireless connection for other devices (i.e. my cell phone, itouch, laptop, etc.). When setting up the wireless conection it says limited connectivity. I have tried everything under the sun. Please help. I connected everything and did ipconfig all. Please see results:
