I have a Compac with Vista home premium and i need to restore it to factory. I don't have a disk and i have tried to hit F11 and nothing happens.

I need to restore it because i have alot of viruses, missing drivers, and corupted programs.

Any help would be greatly appericated.

you should make a restore disc, don't know how to do it in compaq. But try to explore on your pc. go start->all programs check if there's any folder that start with a name compaq.. if there is one check whether it has an option to make a recovery disc.
or you can call compaq to assist you.

This works for me,
when you boot up your pc, press escape to give list of boot options
u'll see F11 option there, select it and restore.
