Okay I've lost everything due to data lost from power outage. My now pc is dead and cannot even restart. It isn't hooked up I need to know how to get my data from the hard drive, is there an easy way?
Pc is Dell and this one I'm using is also a Dell, all I want is to get my data without sending it away.
PLEASE help if there is an easy way.

Well, you can try pulling the harddrive out of that computer and install it as a secondary drive in another one.
It's also recommended that next time you use a surge protector. And not one of these cheap $10 ones either. Makes sure it has a UL rating of I think 1449. It should say it right on the box.
