Hello Every body!

I installed oracle 11g and toad 10.6 & when ever i click on the exe of Toad i get this error "olepro32.dll is not a valid windows image" i browsed for this error but found no solution.

i remember when i installed toad last time with the service pack 2(windows) there wasnt such error...but after installing service pack 3 and kaspersky as antivirus, this error surfaced.This might be one probable cause

Let me know if any one has faced this problem before and found a solution.
