When I turn on my computer I get a message error that reads "Protection error:34, OK". What is this and how can I get rid of it? :rolleyes:

Do you have a firewall (which one), do you have realplayer? Do you get the error if you boot the computer into safemode?

I have Real Player v10. I don't know how to find out if I have firewall. I don't know if the message comes up when booted in safe mode. Can you tell me how to look these two up? Thanks.
