I have a lot photos and videos taken before, now I want to create a video with these files, can someone recommand me an ingenious software with is easy to use but not expensive?

Because this is in Windows software, I'm going to guess your running some version of the Windows OS. Windows Movie Maker will let you do this. It's free, and comes with the Windows Live software. Other wise, all the ones that I use are quite expensive, and do A LOT more than what your needing here.

Video Lan Player (VLC) will convert between almost any audio or video format. It's free also, so you could use it with WMM and be set to go.
