I'm not sure this is the proper place to pose this question, but here goes anyway.....

I'm using HJSplit to join some video. Some of the video pieces download as a "001 document", & the rest follow in order, which I have no problem joining them

But a few of them are downloading as an "001 avi", meaning it's not downloading as a document but an actual video. This in turns does not allow my HJSplit joiner to see the "001 avi", & I can't join them

So my question is this, how can I change it from downloading as a video to a document? I've taken out the "avi" on a few but it still downloads as a video. Any suggestions?

Can't you just rename them once you've finished downloading them?
