You cant set a song as a ringtone in WP7 as such. You have to edit the song, basically cut it to 20 seconds ( I think), change the genre via zune to ringtone and then you can upload to your device.
For video: You can't download a video and save it to the phone. You can download and play it but NOT save it. If you want the video on your phone, you have to save it on your computer and then upload it to your phone via zune.
