For some reason, the 'Tools' menu does not appear in Outlook for me.
I can't quite recall exactly what happened to make it disappear but it hasn't been there for quite some time; it's only now that I need it that I've decided to find out what's causing it.

Hi ,not sure if this will help try right click on the menubar go customize ,/toolbar /highlite menu and click on to reset ,
