Whenever i tried to open Internet Explorer it directs me to my Desktop Folder instead of opening IE browser
is this a virus?
any ideas?

go to tools -> internet options -> change your homepage

ive changed the homepage but the desktop folder is still opening and there's an error

try to reinstall internet explorer, by the way what version of IE do you use?
