A wupdater ending program box appears every time when i shut down Windows XP. So I have to manually click on the button END NOW in order to shut down my PC. It seems to me that the wupdater.exe file isn't right, please give me some advices on it, thank you.

Wupdater is malware. Your best bet would be to download a program called HijackThis & post the log in the Internet Explorer forum.
Download HijackThis from http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe & unzip it into it's own, permanent folder, not a temporary one. Start HJT & press the scan button. When the scan is finished the scan button will change to save. Save the log to a text file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET.

The top half of your log is missing so we have no idea of your running processes or whether HJT is in it's own folder, but I will tell you what you can remove in the meantime.
Unzip HJT into it's own permanent folder before doing anything in order for it to create backups. Close all (browser) windows & have HJT fix these entries=
