this may seem really stupid of me but im absoloutely uselss when it comes to fixing my computer! If i enable "Superboot" in he start-up menu will i loose any data? and will it effect my computer in a bad way at all? please help me!

i think you are talking about Foxconn motherboard, so superboot option won't affect you system and you wouldn't lose your data, it only help to get through the POST procedure in case to speed up booting.
