Hello everyone,
I have a Dell inspiron 1100 laptop with WinXP Home SP1 installed that i'm fixing for a friend. I installed xpsp2 on it and upon resart it recieved bsod c0000135 msg. I then booted from xp cd and unistalled XPSP2 from the recovery console as directed by Microsoft. I reinstalled again and the same results occurred. Now when I try to get into the setup utility to change the boot device order it doesn't work because pressing F2 doesn't work anymore during the pheonix bios screen at startup. I've tried many combinations to get to the setup utility and still no luck. Does anyone know what happened. Please help!! Thanks.
