HI

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but my laptop emits a fairly quiet, almost constant (always exceptions) high pitch double bleep (as though the computer has a pulse)

It also seems to have an intermitant starting problem, ie it fails to power up 1st time.

All updates are regular, there are no viruses and I'm not getting any error messages etc Has anyone any ideas? If so, PLEASE help (and I'm not up in techie language so explain simply please!)
