I try to use Windows explorer and the template appears but I get no connection to any website. The ball in the upper right just keeps spinning. I need to contact Microsoft and my working Firefox is not excepted. Any ideas how to get this browser to work?

This a few time i've read this on the fourm lately,to me it sounds rude /there are other words to describe it also ,but anyway,
not everyone has a way with words and computer language ,just ask what is meant by windows explorer and the template appears but I get no connection to any website.,do you mean Internet explorer or windows explorer as it isn't the norm to use windows explorer to connect to the web.
