I have read where some have lost their help files as I had. I read lots of replies that sounded good if you are a geek which I'm not so got lost part way through those.
I was getting the message that help and support wasn't working and to activate the help and support files. Well all well and good but they don't tell you where they are so I did the search for the helpctr. and double clicked but it wouldn't start. :'(Well here is what I did all on my own with no help from anyone...lol.
1 Control Panel
3 Administrative Tools
4 Services (Double click)
5 You will see all the services listed in alpha order - Find Help & Support
6 Right click on it and choose properties. I set it to automatic and its fine now. I did tweak a couple of other settings in there but that's all there was too it.:icon_lol:
