Ok heres my question. Iam using outlook 2003 and iam able to have a cotomized template for new messages but is there a way to have a costomized template for reply and forward.

yes-

But it would require a little VBA to

RunAScriptRuleRoutine(MyMail As MailItem)

and define the template to use.
