I've been trying to change some of my settings in Media Player but when i click Tools then Options, the only option that shows up is Burn. I am unable to see the Security, Devices, Network, etc options, which is leaving me unable to change any settings. can anyone help me get my other options back? i'm using Vista

Yes I am logged in as an Administrator. I was working in the past but now is not. not sure if it helps but i've also noticed that some imbedded movies on web pages now dont play and also on some pages if i click a thumbnail to play a movie, WMP now downloads the whole movie to a temp dir before playing instead of playing it as it downloads
Try doing a system restore to a couple days ago (When things worked) see what happens then :)
The system restore doesnt go back far enough
