Whenever I insert a music CD into my CD-DVD drive the drive disappears from my system. It is normally listed as my E: drive. When I put the Music CD in the E: disappears from the system and only a reboot will bring it back. I can use and access data CD's without a problem, but as soon as I put in the music CD, Poof - gone. Any suggestions on where to start looking? This is my kids main computer and they download and upload software without my knowledge. I am sure this is why it is happening, but need help in ways locating the problem. Thanks.
