I think I posted this at wrong forum(Iexplorer)previously. I have no idea what to do. Contact my internet connection provider?

I have had this problem about 1 week now: Can not browse www.twingalaxies.com, yet I can access all other websites at net.

I have Adsl connection with USB modem, win98se, IE,CrazyBrowser,Mozilla...Zonealarm,Avast antivirus,Ad-aware. I did run antivirus program and adaware. Did try disabling Zonealarm. Did remove all cookies, history and temp internet files...

If I type at dosprompt: "ping www.twingalaxies.com"
Result is:

Pinging stella1.koolsoft.com [216.140.43.67] with 32 bytes of data:

...Can not either get connected at koolsoft.com, whatever that is...
Wonder why my machine tries to connect there?
Anybody have ideas how to get connected at twingalaxies site?

Thank you very much,
Mrmarble

P.S. should I include here ipconfig /all >ip.txt ?

hmmm, I get 216.140.43.67 when I do an nslookup on that address. Check your host file c:\windows\hosts on win9x, c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts on winnt/2k/xp
/etc/hosts on Unix/Linux/OSX. normally there should be an entry 127.0.0.1 localhost.
Anything else in there is trying to redirect you from one site to another. There may be an entry for www.twingalaxies.com in there, if so delete it.

How long has that site been up? I get nothing in dns for it, and the address is not reachable. So I would say, it's not your problem at all.
