When I Had All Set Up , The Modem And The Router With A Computer , They Direct Me To A Sunsurf Website And When I Type Other URL It's Goes To The Same... It Is The Computer Ploblem? Router Ploblem? Browser Ploblem?

I would say it is a computer related problem. Possible virus or Spyware of some sort. Try creating a new profile on the computer and see if you can access other websites then.
