I have had this problem once before. I fixed it by typing something into the command prompt and then forgot the website I got it from and everything, hoping the problem would not return. Well the problem is back with my same windows 7 laptop. In the bottom right corner of my screen it says I am connected, I am connected on my other devices its just that one computer, I open up firefox and internet explorer and it says no access. Please help.

Make sure you start command prompt as administrator .

Not sure if @laah would work for you but if it doesn't perhaps you could give us some more information, if you could "ipconfig" and present us with the results and also "ping google.com" and also show that
