I have a netgear router and would like to extend and strengthen my wireless signal. I've heard of linux firmware that can do that, but I'm not sure. I would like to lengthen my signal 200 feet or more, is this possible?

Netgear routers are generally less "boostable" than other brands (like Linksys, for example), but we can give you a better answer if you can give us the exact model/version/revision #s of the router.
