Can anyone suggest android or ios app that can monitor data usage of all devices connected to a Wifi Router.

The router would have to log such first. Does yours do that first step?
If so, maybe no app is needed as you just check the router's web page with the stats.

What rproffitt said. Some routers turn that on automatically. Others require configuration to enable that. There are other solutions, but nothing that you would likely be able to employ.
