Hello. I have a problem which is my WD external hard disk (500gb), it only detect the device in "My Computer" (F:), but when i click on it, it says device not found. Help me please.

already done that.still same.i've also tried using other cable,but still cant work.

When you plugged the drive into the computer, check in Disk Management (Computer Management console) as you may need to import the drive first.
