hi can any one help me? i have tried installing several anti virus programs on my computer but to avail. i have even clean up my registry to ensure no key of any expired anti virus is still there. but it still did not work.thanks

I'd recommend downloading MalwareBytes. If for some reason you have malware on that system are unable to access it, download it from another computer and copy the file via USB. Install and scan your system.
