I have an exercise in university. I have to mix a moving object in a video into another video, so I need find a software, can help me with this. I need some advices.

What operating system are you using? Also, I presume you want to use free (preferably open source) software?

Try Windows Movie Maker - free.
Or VirtualDub - free too.
