I am having trouble finding a good tutorial on how to install eclipse with aptana radrails on centos, when i try to install radrails in eclipse using the instructions givin here (aptana), i get these errors. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Are you sure you bought the correct battery and installed it properly?

its also possible that you unplugged some other cables inside the PC. Does the computer at least start with the POST (power on self test)?

I have 3 boxes on my website one 20x20 one 42x42 and the main picture which is 120x120. Images that are over 1mb cause the web site to load very slowly and i don't want to restrict the user to have to make a custom profile picture they should be able to upload any picture and have it down scale in size automatically. Is this possible. Yahoo.com does exactly what i want, you can upload a 4mb picture and it downscales the size on pages to decrease loading time.

i am fixing a computer and backed up files on the drive then reinstalled the os, after the reinstall the harddrive started to make a clicking noise and wont boot, is this drive broken now? all i did was reinstall the os and take a few files off. am i going to have to tell the person their harddrive is toast?

you set up the layout of the report with the designer, set up the database connections, then their is some code you would put in a java class that when called would pass the params you want to crystal reports and crystal reports will generate a pdf or whatever with the data in the database using the parameters chosen.

i have read through that forum, i have done all those things + more including enabling trimming of files and storing paging files on a second drive(which becomes overwritten bad idea until the drive is clean i guess), Disable indexing, system restore, compressing system files for quick decompression and more space. He says disable paging files but from what i know windows 7 cant work properly if its paging files are too small or disabled and wont boot? and that's the problem i ran into i think them being overwritten by a second install caused windows to not boot.

I have a 1.5 terabyte hdd with windows 7 loaded on it but recently got a ssd drive and installed that as the system drive. All worked fine for a few weeks, but i plugged my blue ray player in and i think what happened was the paging files were set to the d (secondary drive) and the drive letters got changed with the new hardware config. So when i booted it said it couldn't boot from the ssd. so after a few hours of retrying hardware configs(none worked and could not boot, maybe booting the second drive overwrote the paging files on disk 2?). I decided to reformat my ssd and re install my os. Does anyone know exactly what caused this or how to change the system drives from one drive to another so this doesn't happen again. It wasn't that bad because it was just the os and drivers on it but would like to know how to fix it for next time. All the sata drives are set as primary drives and my ssd is set as 1st boot device and hard drive 1. since then i have deleted my windows files from my secondary drive to stop it from booting. i have my blue ray in port 1: ssd port 2: 1.5 terabyte port 3: and port 4: 500gb.

so recap, how do i change my system drive and can you move the paging files of an os back to the other drive or repair them.

you can do that with crystal reports and java export to different file formats and pdf layouts including csv for excel.

I've created a link to make an .swf file pop up in a window. The window isn't actually a web page. It is simply linked to the .swf, making the title of the "page" the directory location of the file ie. "../../folder/folder/file.swf." Is it possible to name the popup swf, or do I need to embed each .swf into a page and make that page the popup?

when you want to add a row, you can first save it in database using AJAX, if save is succesfull, then add the row on the html page.

You cannot see in the source, but javascript can see it. Or you should be able to see the added rows when you use inspect element function in browser developer tool such as firebug. I use google chrome develpoer tools, click "elements" and the click magnifier icon which is for inspecting elements and then I can click on the element in page and see its html code. Hard to explain but maybe you will understand.

I have some code that adds and removes rows from html tables, the problem is that it does not save the rows if the page is submitted or refreshed. I also cannot see the added attributes in the source(how can i use them)what their ids and names are, so i can use their values in a java bean and store them in a oracle database. When you first open up a project written in VS 2008 inside VS 2010 it will normaly prompt you to upgrade the project. What this actually does is update the project (.vbproj) and solution .(sln) files to be compatible with VS 2010.

Ive tried using vb 2010's convert wizard aswell as changing the .sln file manually.

the conversion wizard gives me an error saying the project (.vbproj) type is not supported by this installation.

so i cannot convert the project because of this error. i tried manually. anyway to get rid of it?

Do not change .sln file manually. Open VS2010 and then Select File + Open Project. VS2010 will show you a project convert wizard.

Well, i figured all i had to do was pass a wildcard or a * into the report and it would select all the records.

I am trying to pass multiple values to a crystal report using java and jsp pages. I can get it working using single values but I need to pass multiple values that are comma delimited or something along that line. I pass a toDate a fromDate and userName. I need multiple userNames to be able to filter though by all the user names(works with jsut one user right now). I guess im not sure how the default crystal reports prompt saves multiple variables because i cannot mimic it.

example: (user1, user2, user3) instead of just (user1).

From the search.jsp page i get values and send them to eReport.jsp to generate the report

From search.jsp it sends the values to the eReport.rpt
which just prepares the variables for generation.

I was able to configure the barcode scanners themselves to do this automatically by doing this. I used an ikon 8738.

Open up the Teklogix Scanners applet
Move to the Translations tabulation
Expand Case 1
Double-click No rule
Select Add barcode prefix/suffix
Click the Suffix edit box
Click [ Insert Key ]
Press the TAB key, then click [ OK ]

Press [ OK ] to save the new settings

i didnt add all the code here just a sample of what im trying, also i edited it to call that so i didnt have to paste all my code so some is prob wrong. i tried this as well but it does the same thing basically and it seems the scanner inputs chars one at a time so when i use this code it puts one char then autotabs to next field and puts one char there and so on.

Hello, I have a barcode scanner and when a field is scanned it should autotab to the next field for population. I have tried this before but cannot seem to get it to work the way I would like. It should auto tab if the field in not null, i have tried this code but cannot seem to get it working unless it is using a fixed size. f3 works f2 doesn't Thanks.
