According to Codd's Tweleve rules which are considered as a basics of the relational database system, which one of the following three systems: Oracle, DB2 and SQL server is most applied and relational than the others?
Please give me your opinion and why.

Why don't you start by explaining your opinion.

I prefer SQL because it's what I'm used to. I haven't used the others enough to compare them.

There was a site called Vendorrate which closed a few months back where users rated technology ( not just databases) based upon their experience with the products. The clear winner for 2 years running across all catagories was the database Informix Dynamic Server. You can see the ratings for all sorts of technologies here. http://www.freeinformix.com/informix-voted-no1-by-users.html
