i have created new database it is there in C:\xampp-win32-1.7.3\xampp\mysql\data
that directory but it can't visible in http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ in that phpmyadmin
that combo box please can u help me

Please supply the error message you get when trying to connect to the database via phpMyadmin.
Make sure you configured the phpMyadmin correctly to look for the correct database.There is a config file that has settings you need to make that controls things like what server it connects to, what administration user to use, and how you want to authenticate (or not) users.
