Database auditing.. Detecting changes in each value.

You can turn auditing on, but I heard (from DBAs) that it eats up WAY to many resources.
It would be better to do your own auditing (tables, triggers, etc.).

I don't know myself. (You would have to ask a DBA.)
Besides... I would rather control what is audited, because I don't want EVERYTHING audited.
